Where is it
Track your order
Your tracking number is in the dispatch email. Here is what to do when the number is not telling you enough.
Find your number
Search your inbox for the word Sculpette. There are two emails: the order confirmation, sent immediately, and the dispatch email, sent when the parcel is picked. The tracking number is in the second one.
Check the spam folder before you conclude it never arrived. Dispatch emails land there more often than confirmations do.
The number does not work yet
Normal for the first few hours. A tracking number is issued when the label is printed, and it goes live when the courier physically scans the parcel. That gap is usually half a day.
It has not moved in days
If there has been no scan for 2 working days, write to us. Do not wait it out politely — a parcel that stops scanning early is usually a parcel that needs resending, and the sooner we know the sooner you get one.
It says delivered and it is not here
Check with neighbours and look for a card, then tell us. Couriers occasionally scan delivered at the van. We will chase it, and if it does not surface we send a replacement.
You did not get a dispatch email at all
Either the order has not been picked yet, which is normal within the first working day, or the email address on the order has a typo. Send us your name and the rough order time and we will find it.
No account needed
You do not need to create an account to track an order, and we do not require one to buy. If you did create one, your order history is under your account.
