Where we ship

We ship across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Remote postcodes can add a day.

Every order is tracked, whatever it cost. There is no untracked option, because a £2 saving is not worth a parcel nobody can find.

How long it takes

Orders are picked within 1 working day. Delivery is 2 to 4 working days after that, so most orders land within a working week of ordering.

Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday are picked on Monday. We do not pick at weekends or on bank holidays.

What happens after you order

You get an order confirmation immediately. When the parcel is picked you get a second email with a tracking number, and that number is live within a few hours of being issued — not instantly.

If the tracking has not moved after 2 working days, write to us rather than waiting. We would rather resend early than argue with a courier late.

If it does not arrive

Tell us. If a tracked parcel is confirmed lost or is still unmoved 10 working days after dispatch, we send a replacement at our cost. You do not need to open a claim with the courier, and we do not ask you for proof.

Shipping protection

The optional £3.50 shipping protection at checkout is the fast lane, not the only lane. With it, we replace a lost or damaged order on your word without waiting out the courier investigation. Without it, you are still covered by the paragraph above — it just takes longer.

Duties and customs

UK orders carry no customs charge. Prices shown include VAT. We are not shipping outside the UK yet; when we do, this page changes first.
