The 30-day fit guarantee

What it covers

If you buy an insert or a sticky bra and the size is wrong, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will exchange it for the right size. One exchange per order, and we cover the cost of sending the replacement.

What we ask

That the piece comes back unworn, in its packaging, with the backing film. We cannot resell an item that has been worn against skin, and we will not pretend otherwise by putting it back on the shelf.

If you have already worn it, the exchange does not apply — but the size guide does, and we would still rather you wrote to us than gave up on it.

Why 30 days and not 100

Because a long window is mostly marketing. Nobody works out their insert size in week twelve. You know within one evening whether the size is right, and 30 days is enough for that evening to happen.

How to start one

Use the contact form with your order number and the size you actually need. We reply within one working day and send return instructions. There is no form to fill in and no photo to upload.

This is not the returns policy

The guarantee is about size. If you have simply changed your mind, or the order arrived damaged, the ordinary returns policy covers you and it is a separate thing.
