What size insert do I buy

The one matching the cup you wear today. A 32C and a 38C both take a C. The insert creates the change, so buying up gives you a piece that does not sit flat and shows a ridge. The size guide has a finder that does this for you.

How much bigger will I look

Up to two cup sizes with the Sculpt Insert, less with the Invisible. It is not a fixed number — how much you gain depends on how much tissue there is to lift, so a B gains more visibly than a D.

Do I wear it in a bra or on skin

Either. In a bra you get the most lift, because the cup holds the insert in position. On skin it works under a backless dress, and the adhesive is the same either way.

Will it show under my top

Under a t-shirt, a knit or a dress, no. Under a single layer of fine silk in bright light, you may see the base edge — that is what the Invisible Insert is for. Anyone claiming a silicone insert is undetectable under everything has not tested it.

How long does it stay on

A full evening and then some, if you put it on clean dry skin and pressed for ten seconds. The failures we hear about are almost always moisturiser, not the adhesive.

Is it safe on skin

The adhesive is medical grade silicone and is hypoallergenic. If you have a known silicone sensitivity, or broken or irritated skin in that area, do not use it. We are not able to give you medical advice, so anything beyond that is a question for a pharmacist or your GP.

How many times can I reuse one

Around fifty wears, washed properly. The care page covers what actually shortens that — lint from towel drying, heat, and lotion transferring into the adhesive.

It has stopped sticking

Wash it. Warm water, mild soap, fingertips, rinse until it squeaks, dry face up. Most inserts that feel dead are just dirty, and they come back. If it is still slack after a proper wash, that one is finished.

Can I wear it swimming or to the gym

It holds through sweat, so a gym class is fine. Prolonged submersion is not what it is designed for, and chlorine shortens its life sharply. We would not take one into a pool.

What sizes do you carry

Inserts run AA to I. Sticky bras run A to D. Sizes F and up are on the way. The size guide marks them as coming soon so you know before you get attached to one.

Do you ship outside the UK

Not yet. UK only, including Northern Ireland and the islands. When that changes, the shipping page changes first.

How long is delivery

Picked within 1 working day, delivered 2 to 4 working days after that. Free over £30, £3.95 below. Everything is tracked.

What if the size is wrong

Tell us within 30 days and we exchange it, and we pay to send the replacement. It needs to come back unworn with the backing film. That is the fit guarantee, and it is a separate thing from an ordinary return.

Can I return something I have worn

No, and not because we are being difficult. An adhesive item worn against skin cannot be resold, and we are not going to put it back on the shelf and pretend. Faulty or damaged items are a different matter — those we replace whether worn or not.
